Now that Thanksgiving is over and Christmas is just around the corner we wanted to show you how to make your own Rainbow Cake Ornament for the Holidays. This is a perfect gift and will look great on any Christmas tree. As well as a fun activity to share with your friends!

Materials:

  1. Colored Clays
  2. Rolling Pin
  3. Cookie Cutter
  4. Screw Hook
  5. Translucent Liquid

STEP

1

colored clays

Roll out each colored clay.

cookie cutter

 Cut the clay with a cookie cutter.

STEP

white clay

Cut out seven circles from white clay.

STEP

cake assembly

Now assemble the cake and place white clays in between the colored clay.

secure the sides

Cut out a slice from the cake. Add texture to each color layer then add the screw hook.

STEP

frost making

Mix translucent liquid bakeable clay and white clay and mox it, this will serve as the cake frosting.

apply frosting

Add the frosting until the cake is fully covered.

STEP

final touch

Add frosting to the white layer of the cake.
