Materials:
- Plate
- Q-tips
- Porcelain Paint
STEP

First layer
Start by applying big dots of porcelain paint at the center of the plate.

smaller dots
Add smaller dots in between the bigger dots.
STEP

fade effect
As you go further, make the dots smaller to make the fade effect.
STEP

Baking
Bake the plate for 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
