Materials:

  1. Pearl Powdered Pigment
  2. Matte Medium
  3. Paint Brushes
  4. Unicorn Horn Ring Holder

STEP

Matte Medium

Put a thin layer of matte medium on the area you want to start with.

Green pigment

Apply the powdered green pigment.

blue pigment

Layer the blue powdered pigment on top of the green pigment.

repeat process

Repeat the process until you covered the whole area of the unicorn horn.
