Materials:

  1. Chain
  2. Fish and Hook Earrings
  3. Pliers
  4. Measuring Tape
  5. Jump Rings
  6. Hot Glue
  7. Feather Boa

STEP

feather measuring

Measure 2 inches of feather boa and cut it.

make the pompom

Apply glue on both ends and attach it together to form a circle.

re-apply the feather

Secure the feathers by applying glue on it.

hook it

Attach the jump rings and the hook earrings on the feather boa.
